The rebirth of Genesis on tour: For music or for money? Tony Banks, Phil Collins and Mike Rutherford have undertaken a global tour as Genesis after a 15 year absence. Whether nostalgia or greed is the major instigator behind their reformation, Genesis delivered a rousing performance at the Verizon Center in Washington, D.C., on Sunday, September 23, 2007.
