Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band have made history at Giants Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. The New Jersey natives have put on sale a total of 10 concerts for their summer streak at the Meadowlands Sports Complex. Springsteen is now the only performer worldwide to achieve these sales.

     Springsteen fans have been steadily buying tickets creating an unprecedented 10 night stand. The New Jersey musician set a record with Ticketmaster by selling out seven dates at a stadium. In excess of 300,000 concert tickets were sold for an amazing ticket rush for seven dates in a single day. Ticket demands reached extraordinary levels prompting the sale of added concert dates.

     Springsteen remains a top-selling concert extravaganza. Springsteen ranks at No. 6 on Pollstar's Top 100 tours for 2002, having peaked with $42.6 million in ticket sales. Scheduled dates include shows in Australia, New Zealand, and Europe through the summer months. The Boss is poised to take the top spot on Pollstar's list for 2003.

     Bruce Springsteen and his E Street Band will celebrate a triumphant homecoming blitz in New Jersey. The Boss has set a ticket sales record and extended his title as as the top-selling New Jersey concert attraction. Springsteen recently won three Grammy Awards for his album "The Rising".
