The Austrian Postal System is issuing a collectors' stamp block of the Rolling Stones as four individual postage stamps, coinciding with their appearance in Vienna, Austria. 48,000 Stones fans are expected to converge on Ernst Happel Stadium for the band's June 18 Licks Tour concert.

     The Rolling Stones personally approved the selection of the stage photographs used to create the Austrian stamp images. Philip Bajo submitted two of the original performance photos utilized on the 2x2 block.

     The Rolling Stones commemorative stamp sheet is available for purchase online and with a limited European Tour Edition release of Forty Licks in conjunction with the Stones' Licks European World Tour, scheduled to launch in Munich, Germany, on June 4, 2003.
